This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!
