I have been experiencing severe headaches for years, only this year was I advised to go for regular massages to help. Being someone who’s never had a massage I was nervous but my first meeting with Steph eased the nerves straight away. Steph took the time to understand my situation and gave me amazing advice on other ways to help with the pain. I started going to Steph in January, after a couple of sessions the severe headaches stopped and now I rarely even get normal headaches. Even though my headaches have stopped, I generally enjoy the experience and Steph is amazing!
