Amazing massage & lovely relaxing atmosphere

Really pleased with the treatment, as someone that has sensitive skin I worry about products upsetting my skin, everything Abbie used was gentle and smelt fantastic. Friendly environment and welcoming making me feel very relaxed. Definitely recommend and will be coming again

Abbie is always so welcoming and friendly. She takes the time during consultations to listen to your skin concerns and what you would like to achieve. After a facial my skin feels absolutely amazing, and any inflammation from break outs already less visible! Alongside the facials I am switching over to the Medi MD skin care range and love it. The repair treatment cream and SPF smell gorgeous!

Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie!

What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots. I’ve had massages at other places in the past but they are never personalised to what you need. I’ll be making this a regular, thank you Jayne 😊
