I had a lovely warm relaxing two hours. I was taken care of in every way. I came away with all my aches and pains gently massaged away by Jill. Topped of with some reflexology and Reiki. I thoroughly recommend a Glow experience.

Dave is super knowledgeable, he was able to offer me loads of advice on how to treat my injury moving forwards. He is super generous with his time and absolutely spot on with his massage, he knows to find the sweet spot straight away. I always feel very comfortable when I go for a treatment

It is always a great experience at Lannna’s! She strikes the perfect balance between loosening muscles and knots and relaxing massage. Some places have you feeling beat up after you leave, but not there. It is an hour of heaven once a week for me. There is no one better in Manchester.

i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Found Ryan to be both experienced and knowledgeable as a physio. Initial consultation was thorough and included exercises to determine extent of injury, plus stretches to do to aid recovery. And follow-up consultation focused on rehab, isolation exercises then functional exercises to correctly diagnose and treat. Weekly sports massage sessions at times are intense and at times enjoyable. Do feel better afterwards. Also helps that Ryan is so cheery and talkative.

Today I had a massage with my derma planing, it was amazing so relaxing just what you want on a cold day after a busy week. Also had my second lot of eye boosters. Love my visits, look forward to my next one.

Fantastic lash and brow tint with lash lift. Dermaplane and head and shoulder massage. Feel like a new woman. So much so I’ve booked for next month and even next year.

Had the most relaxing hour. I suffer with sensitive skin, but Molly made sure all products were safe to use. My skin feels amazing and so relaxed after my massage. Will be coming back, can’t wait for the next one!!
