My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

I have to admit, I was initially put off when I realized this was a home service, but I was so wrong! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with exceptional customer service. The salon space in the home is beautifully set up, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I am absolutely in love with the results of my treatments! The lovely lady who took care of me was fantastic—she listened to all my concerns and helped me make the best choices for my needs. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend this experience enough! I’ll definitely be returning.

After lock down was first in for eyebrow shape&tint. Fantastic as always Becky done a wonderful job, and also repaired my nail varnish. Everyone should go to this salon as the service is superb
