It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience for my daughter today who was able to find the confidence to go to the salon on her own for the first time today thanks to the positive and welcoming atmosphere she experienced previously. I really recommend this nail bar! The aesthetic, atmosphere, pace of appointments, and the friendliness of the staff were impeccable! I had a BIAB mani and a gel pedi with Lily, who was fantastic & really welcoming. The nail technicians here are all really highly skilled and meticulous to ensure a great set of nails! Lily was so helpful, as it was my first time getting BIAB, and explained the whole process to me so I was aware of what to expect! I will be back here in the future as it’s the best experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had! Thank you Lily & the Glow Up Team! ✨

Amazing service as always. Nicole always has incredible suggestions for nail art, options are endless. Salon is immaculate. Easy to park. Coffee on tap. All my fave things. Aftercare clearly explained to make my nails last for a long time. Aftercare products available so super convenient.

Kieran Mia and Anna went above and beyond today to do my hair and nails. We had a laugh and I left there feeling so much better than when I went in. They are a asset to the salon. Keep up the good work.

I always have a great experience with Maddison! My gel manicure was excellent - Maddison is super talented, especially with her range of nail art designs. The salon is lovely too! I would definitely recommend.

This is hands down the best nail salon in the city. Ariana takes such care in nail prep and throughout the whole process and her nail art is just phenomenal. Highly highly highly recommend for all your beauty needs!!

Hannah did my wedding nails & toes and I was over the moon with them. I can’t have long nails for work but have just had my toes redone as I loved them so much and they lasted so long She is so friendly, warm and welcoming; being someone who is socially awkward & has salon fear she really does puts you at ease!

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.
