I'm a keen runner, doing around 35 miles a week on average. I do all terrains: road, trail, fell and get the occasional niggle or worse, an injury. Yvonne has great expertise in identifying the specific soft tissue that is damaged and in providing exercises and strategies to rehab the injury and improve areas of weakness. Since being treated by Yvonne, I seen a reduced occurence of injuries, persistent niggles have disappeared and, best of all, my performances have improved significantly. I highly recommend Yvonne as a Sports Therapist to fellow runners.

Best massage I've ever had. I didnt shut up through the whole thing (sorry haha) Aimie Is very knowledgeable (gave me stretches to do after we'd finished to correct what I had wrong) and I actually felt like it made a difference after but was still relaxing at the same time. Already booked my next one for when I work away in Buxton again. Definately recommend! Thanks Aimie.

Got an emergency appointment today as Ive struggled with severe back pain, Amie worked on the area, explained which muscle it was and gave me exercises to strengthen & prevent it this getting bad in the future. Shes amazing, thankyou 🙂

Yvonne is so knowledgeable and always explains what she is going to do, and when she’s actually doing it. The physical therapy is tailored to the patient and exercises are demonstrated to go alongside any treatment.

Yvonne has a great approach to her work - starting by asking what you want/need. I always come out feeling better.
