Fab setting and gorgeous little clinic/gym! Andrew was super knowledgeable and really friendly! Great chat whilst he worked his magic on my tight calves, quads and glutes! Absolutely amazing value for money too for an hour of intense sports massage! Thanks Andrew :-) I’ll be back and would happily recommend you to my running friends 🏃‍♀️

First ever sports massage with Andy, have been struggling with a few niggles over the last few months. After a couple of days since the massage, and a couple of workouts at the gym, I'm already feeling looser in my muscles. Andy was friendly, informative and professional would recommend and will definitely go back.

Andy was very encouraging on my first appointment and carried out a physical to get an idea of my fitness level. He asked exactly what I wanted to work on and has put a plan together for this. His studio is great and he was really easy to get along with.
