I had my first appointment today with Louise & I was given such a warm, friendly welcome and instantly felt relaxed & confident that I was going to receive top quality treatment. Louise explained everything in great detail so that I had clarity with everything that was going on ahead of the first step in my return to run program. I can't recommend Louise highly enough, she was absolutely excellent!

Have been to Gavin for several different injuries over last few months.He has help really well with all of them .Has good knowledge and average patter Best advice I could give to anyone with a niggle of and injury or soreness get booked in asap it will honestly help long term with your fitness and health Less time on the couch more time in the gym

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

A really great service! I had Achilles tendon pain and was looking for some professional advice. I have had two sessions so far, an initial assessment with Robb and a follow up session with Louise. They have done an excellent job at explaining the root cause of the pain and creating an exercise plan which has already made a big difference. Would highly recommend!

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

Most of my life is aimed around fitness and when i train it is always to the point of failure so over a period of time that has taken its toll on my body. Before i went in to Gav my body was stiff my range of movement while training was only about 60% so it was effecting to output and performance i was getting from the gym. After a 1 hour session with Gav i felt so much better and it has made a big difference in every aspect with the gym and my lifestyle. Not only has Gav helped me move forward with my training but he also spends time to educate you in what he is doing and the reason for it.

I visited the Physio Clinic in Glasgow with back pain. After my first session with Robb I felt reassured that he will support me to manage the issue and get back to full fitness. Having had many physio's in the past it was good to meet one who has new, fresh ideas. He was professional, easy to talk to and listened really well. Thanks Robb!

Blair was very informative about my knee problem and set a very easy to follow rehab plan , follow up appointment was great and I can see/feel the progress made. Adapted my rehab plan going forward and I now have little to no pain and can carry on with my fitness journey.

Session with Jake was superb, took time to understand the problem & where the issues were. Walked away with feeling lighter and ready to make strides in the gym again. Would highly recommend.

Within 2 weeks I could move my shoulder and neck with a minimal amount of pain, now I can add weights and start getting back to my normal fitness regime.

Been coming to Robb since the end of June with a damaged rotator cuff. Extremely painful when I started my physio and now 2 months later I’m almost completely pain free. Takes time to explain the problem and has given me various exercises to take away that can be done at home and in the gym. Always followed by a prompt email to describe the exercises incase I’ve missed anything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing . I’ve had issues with my shoulder for years , been to 3 different physios and they have only ever helped the pain for a few days by massaging or cupping etc . I came to see Robb and he examined my shoulder , he gave some exercises to do and monitored my shoulder . Now my shoulder is the strongest it’s ever been and lifting a lot heavier in the gym . They have a gym inside their unit which is class as they take you in and go over the exercises with you and make sure your form and weight is right . Highly recommend
