Have been to Gavin for several different injuries over last few months.He has help really well with all of them .Has good knowledge and average patter Best advice I could give to anyone with a niggle of and injury or soreness get booked in asap it will honestly help long term with your fitness and health Less time on the couch more time in the gym

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

Visiting Arran at the Physio Clinic was a turning point. His expertise and confidence were evident from the start. He consistently evaluated my progress and adjusted his instructions, even reaching out with updates and new strategies. I'm not only fully recovered but also in better shape. Made an appointment due to knee pain after a bad twist. Arran was very professional, knowledgeable and a good, sympathetic listener. He explained what he thought was the problem, showing diagrams to illustrate what it could be and ruling out other causes with an examination. I felt very confident and happy he could help as everything he said made sense. Also he didnt rush through anything and always asked if i had any questions. We have come up with an exercise plan for next couple of weeks and I will return for review after that. Happy about this course of action and that I am in good hands!

Phil is a lovely friendly and professional guy. He gave me a fantastic massage - exactly what I needed. Great communication, and a clean and inviting space. Phil is very skillful at what he does and I'm happy to recommend him without hesitation. Thanks.

Most of my life is aimed around fitness and when i train it is always to the point of failure so over a period of time that has taken its toll on my body. Before i went in to Gav my body was stiff my range of movement while training was only about 60% so it was effecting to output and performance i was getting from the gym. After a 1 hour session with Gav i felt so much better and it has made a big difference in every aspect with the gym and my lifestyle. Not only has Gav helped me move forward with my training but he also spends time to educate you in what he is doing and the reason for it.

Session with Jake was superb, took time to understand the problem & where the issues were. Walked away with feeling lighter and ready to make strides in the gym again. Would highly recommend.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.
