I had a great first appointment with Toni today. She is very knowledgable and you can tell she really cares about her profession and her patients. I learnt a lot and already feel much more mobile and comfortable. I am looking forward to my future sessions with her

Toni working her magic as always. Been suffering severely with headaches and upper body soreness and I left today feeling much much better. Toni Always takes time to assess the issue before giving treatment to make sure it’s exactly what I need, couldn’t recommend more.

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

I recently had my first sports massage, and it was an incredible experience! The therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and really focused on my problem areas. At the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calming, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to relieve muscle soreness or just unwind. I’ll definitely be returning for more sessions!
