I've been to see Josh twice with a groin and hip issue, He's managed to release quite a lot of tension around the groin which now I'm able to teep and kick a lot better now, I've still got another few sessions left before I can say I'm fully recovered but I'm very happy with what he's doing to help me, Rome wasn't built in a day and soon I'm be back to 💯 and that'll be because of him.

Josh is a phenomenal masseur and is a highly professional and accomplished sports therapist l. I’m very fortunate to have found him, as he has got to grips with tight leg and shoulder by making all pain magically disappear within a day! - and kept me in the game for more sporting action. Josh is very kind and knowledgeable and a top sportsman himself and I am looking forward to gaining valuable swimming coaching from him asap too. Look forward to the next massage! A*
