I 'm very embarrassed about the Psoriasis on my hands, but I'm always welcomed with smiles and a warm welcome from everyone in the salon not just who might be doing my treatment. Big thanks to Tracy too who looks after my hair lovely Chloe and Kerry too. There's always an offer of a coffee, tea or water during my treatment. i always leave feeling recharged and reenergised by this professional but also very kind and inclusive practice 😊

Love the new look of the Salon, nice friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere, I’m always very happy with my hair, Rebecca always does a very good cut and colour, looking forward to my next visit

My hair looked amazing and I am VERY pleased with the result. But the actual salon environment needs a really good clean. The nail bar was very dirty and the whole salon needed deep clean. It maybe time for a refit. The stairs to the ladies toilet were in a very poor state and a handrail is also needed at the bottom part of the stairwell where there is a steep turn. The 5 stars rated above relate to the stylist but if I rated the actual salon environment it would be 2 stars

Absolutely great! I'm so happy with my hair cut and style done by John. John gives excellent service and does a fabulous hair cut. I highly recommend him. He's friendly and makes you feel positive. All staff welcoming, salon nicely appointed. My stylist took the time to establish exactly the colour which was best for me and as usual cut my hair just as I had wanted.

Amazing experience today at Venus hair salon where I had a colour cut and blow dry by the very professional and talented Justyna. The salon environment is beautifully presented, I received a warm welcome and Justyna had some innovative ideas regarding how to style my hair to its best advantage.
