I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Beauty Shack to have a gel manicure. The salon itself is cozy and inviting, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. First time at this salon. I felt very welcomed by Rochelle who did a full set of hybrid/natural look eyelashes. Although started a lil late from the set appointment, Rochelle made sure to text me to let me know and sincerely apologised for being late. I am a mum myself and completely understand hence why I did not mind and I was quite happy she was very professional on keeping me updated. Additionally, Rochelle made sure I was cozy when asking if I was comfortable with the temperature in the salon. Rochelle is very friendly and chatty and felt at ease being there. My lashes are STUNNING!! :)

WOW !!! I had the million dollar facial with Holly …what a wonderful experience. I was talked through each stage which was very reassuring. Absolutely loved the iced globes as they gently massage your skin. I truly recommend this facial. The results are fab too. The staff at the Beauty Shack are friendly and make you feel relaxed. I definitely recommend this salon

Been going to the Beauty Shack for around 6 years now and I still haven’t written a review! The girls are absolutely lovely, flexible and accommodating and always make me feel comfortable. All services are top notch, from lashes to brows to nails, and at great value for money. I moved away last year and still refuse to go anywhere else. X

First time visitor to the salon but will definitely be back! Staff were very friendly and welcoming and my treatment started bang on time. Tia explained what was she doing and was very gentle and professional. Bonus for me was a cup of tea and a biscuit 😊 My nails look absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend a visit.

Bee has done my lashes for the last few years. I love how she does them, they always suit my eye shape, shows she’s skilled and feel she listens to what I ask rather than generic sets. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service and makes me feel comfortable at the salon.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Blaise is incredibly professional and attentive, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire time I was there. The treatment itself was exceptional. Blaise really really took her time to understand my needs and gave personalised advice for aftercare. The results are beyond my expectations! Holly is excellent at doing my hair, she always knows what colour and cut suits me best, and as a blind woman this is even more important. If you haven't seed hair by Holly on social media, you need to check her out and visit her at the salon!
