Victoria always gives 100% of quality. She is an amazing professional and a person. She kindly explains what she does during the procedure (what product/technique is being used and why), so you are leaving the salon after the treatment not only relaxed, but also with some new knowledge. I am always enjoying treatments with Victoria so much!

Jade is amazing! I see jade for my lashes and waxing and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. The salon environment is very relaxing and inviting and also cleaned to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Jade at essence for all beauty services! Thanks as always jade! See you soon!

Been going to Essence for years now - Karen gives THE BEST massages - the Indian Head massage is to die-for ! Lovely salon - always clean and welcoming. They also now do advanced aesthetics too :-)

It was great. Sadie was friendly, efficient and very helpful in demonstrating what I should do after washing my hair as I can't get salon perfect hairstyle with the dryer and brush! They were very punctual too.

Brilliant very friendly beauty therapist made me feel relaxed had a good chat. And have lovely lashes.

I was extremely pleased with my treatment performed by Karina who is an outstanding beauty therapist (her certificates/diplomas are framed in the treatment room walls as evidence of her full training and qualifications). I would highly recommend Karma for any treatment offered by her beauty salon. After an excellent dermal filler treatment I was offered a complimentary 50 minutes facial with glowing results.

Another treat to have been to Bottega Lounge. The nicest hair salon ever! All the girls are lovely and the salon itself is so stylish . It feels like such a treat! Which it should when you are having a pamper! Most importantly though….. my hair is the best it’s ever been and I’m chuffed to bits.. xxxxx

I’ve been to Collective Beauty by Design twice recently. Both times it’s been a wonderful experience. Corinne is Fabulous! Very warm and very experienced. She talks you through everything before she starts and does an amazing massage at the end. The salon is gorgeous. Can’t rate the whole experience any higher and recommend everyone to try it! 5 stars all the way x

I love my appointments with Nadia. SB Studio is a lovely salon and a real find for those of us who know about it. All the ladies who work there are so friendly and welcoming, and Nadia is not just an excellent nail technician but such a lovely person too, so spending an hour or so chatting while she does my nails is a great way to relax and have some 'me' time. I always leave with a perfect set of nails, and as a long time user of The Gel Bottle products, it was wonderful to find someone so experienced at BIAB, nail extensions, nail art and keeping my long nails looking immaculate.

My first time at Collective Beauty, not the last one. I loved the personal approach by Karina, good advice and friendliness.

The whole salon is lovely and the four fabulous ladies who work there are so expert at what they do and send everyone back out into the world feeling relaxed and happy and gorgeous.
