I love having my nails done etc. I love the girls but just wish clients didn’t bring kids with them. One today was running about. I like to relax, grandma was with the lady do no need to be in salon. Another lady had very young child tbf I never heard her at all. Point is I don’t want kids running about while I’m having treatments. Wouldn’t stop me going back

The massage was very good and I would recommend the therapist. The room I was in was a little cold and there was quite a lot of noise from the salon. I think other people working in the salon should be aware when massages are taking place.

Excellent! I had my nails done as I was going to a wedding a couple of days later! Unfortunately, I chipped two nails a couple of days before the wedding! I rang Serene Beauty and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They made a space for me to go in and have the rails repaired which was great AND they didn’t charge me! So helpful! Thank you x

An amazing luxury pedicure with Olivia today. Such a relaxed time spent in her company, whilst enjoying the pure bliss of pampered feet! The addition of 'holiday ready' painted nails made it the perfect treatment, especially as I was gifted a Serene Beauty voucher from my mate, which covered the cost.

I haven't been a beauty salon user before and the loft is perfect for me Laid back comfortable atmosphere with very competent staff., Becky is fantastic and I have confidence in her and her ability so even though this is all new to me I haven't felt nervous at all . My niece told me about Becky ......I owe her one !😁

Eloise gave my lashes an LVL treatment including tint...the results were amazing, even my husband noticed! The salon has a lovely calm atmosphere and Eloise was both professional and friendly.

Amazing back massage/facial with Hayley!! My 1st time visiting the salon and it’s so cute!! Hayley was so professional and friendly and immediately makes u feel at ease!! The massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep!!! Most relaxed I’ve felt In a while!! Will definitely be returning
