I usually hate the thought of going to a salon/beauticians as I suffer from severe anxiety. Nicole was a really lovely lady who was so easy to talk to. I never felt judged or like I don't belong. I'm really happy with my brows and could've easily have felt rushed as I was the last customer of the day, but absolutely not! Honestly such brilliant customer service - I'll be back!

Friendly and professional service

Shananne was fantastic, she let me know what to expect beforehand and was very professional and easy to talk to, she immediately put my nerves at ease and made sure I knew what was going on throughout the appointment. The whole thing was quick and painless, much easier than I had expected! Than you Shananne, I’m already starting to see the results and feel so much better for it :)
