This is probably one of the best salons out there. It’s a hidden gem I discovered. Micheal is great stylist and barber. He is friendly, takes his time and gives advice. I highly recommend Poiz Beauty Salon.

I am absolutely amazed by the service I received at this salon spa. The first treatment I had there was Endermologie (LPG brand) for back pain. This machine looks like it comes from a futuristic movie, where it can scan, diagnose, and cure you. It worked so well that I paid for a 10-session treatment for aesthetic purposes in my belly area. The results I am seeing go beyond estetics, and it is helping with my irritable bowel syndrome. I have also used other services at the salon, and the team is awesome. Highly recommend.

Here’s a refined version of your review: As soon as the elevator doors open onto the sixth floor, TOKA Salon feels like a breath of fresh air. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. And with this unexpected November warmth, I really missed a chance to unwind there before my appointment. Giulia knocked it out of the park! She took my dry, damaged, long hair and make it look healthy, chic, and modern. She did an excellent job communicating with me as to what she was going to do, how much she was going to cut, etc. which I definitely appreciated since I wanted to remain as much length as possible. I found my new salon!

I visited a laser hair removal studio for the first time, and I’m beyond impressed! I found them on Instagram after a recommendation and contacted the owner. The communication was smooth, and I received a link to an app to fill out forms, pay the deposit, and get all the necessary info before my visit. The location was easy to find, the salon was clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff were polite and professional. The specialist was highly skilled, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Jamal Amal Salon to get my hair braided, and I had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and polite, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I was even offered a coffee when I arrived! Hairdresser Sandra was very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful curly haircut. The hair washing experience was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful first time experience at Poiz Beauty Salon! My stylist Ainur was so welcoming and gave me exactly what I asked for. I just showed her a picture and she worked her magic ✨. I love visiting the salon of Topnotchbeautyintox. Despite it being freezing cold, it is very welcoming. i am always greeted with a smile and small gifts around the holidays. the salon is ALWAYS clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing waxing services, braiding, or other protective styles.

Laiz was absolutely wonderful! She was super professional, communicative, provided great tips on how to maintain and care for my curly hair. I really enjoyed my visit with her and would recommend her to anyone. Also, her salon is spacious and beautiful. A gem in NYC :) Obrigada Laiz!

Im so happy I came here, they know their lashes! This is the place to come to for beauty, professional service, & healthy lashes. The last salon I went to was careless w/ my natural eyelashes & I knew I needed a change. Erica (lash tech) removed the old lashes gently & applied a new set (premium diamond set) that are so comfortable on my eyes & expertly applied. She was very meticulous and ensured none of my lashes were stuck together all the while creating perfect symmetry. She created a beautiful shape for me that fits my face nicely. Her attention to detail, compassion and listening skills plus her friendly demeanor are unparalleled. V Lash os a first rate operation. Confirming the appointment via text and email as well as sending reminders. The location is convenient in Midtown around the corner from Herald Square. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. Very relaxed including soothing music playing in the background. Bhawana was lovely, professional and caring checking to assure my comfort throughout the process ( lash lift & tint). It was my first time having it done and all went very well with perfect results. Fabio is, quite simply, a hairstyle artist. I moved away from the area and was gone for five years. When I moved back, I returned to Fabio's Hair and Color Studio! He remembered me, and it felt like a homecoming. Fabio gives you his full attention and is an expert in all he does. He even started his own hair product line and they smell amazing! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, too, and the salon is bright and beautifully decorated. Very glad to be back! :)
