Really nice staff, I had to bring my baby along and it was not a problem at all, made to feel comfortable and like nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will visit again even though I don’t live nearby. Hair felt great as I went home from salon.

Once you get in the chair it's great however I've been to the salon twice now and both times the stylists were running at least 30 minutes late.

This was my first curl cut appointment with Jemima, and I was so pleased. Jemima was very welcoming and friendly, and explained everything she was doing. We discussed my hair and concerns and she talked me through the products she used and gave me an amazing cut. I can’t remember the last time I left a salon with hair that looked this good - so many curls! Thank you so much, will definitely be returning.

Absolutely outstanding service. The salon is beautiful, all of the staff so friendly helpful. Billie is an absolute genius and took my hair from being a real disaster to looking so fresh and healthy. Highly recommend, I’ve booked in to come back for more already x

Very relaxed salon! Went for a transformation curly hair cut and Jemima explained everything really well and I’m so pleased with the results!

Jemima did an excellent job on my hair - exactly as requested- and is a lovely, welcoming presence in the salon. Would highly recommend!

Helen's service is second to none. She's so attentive, understanding and great at her job. My daughter has anxiety and sensory issues and went to have her hair cut today. Helen did an amazing job at making her feel comfortable, calm and actually wanting to book in for a follow up appointment next time. The salon is beautiful, smells amazing and is spotless. If you want a truly personal experience without any of the bussle of a busy salon then definitely book in with Helen.

Nina and Doina are marvelous and excellent hairdresser and eyebrow specialist. They are fun to talk with and making me feel valued and reassured as customer. Definitely, they take into account my wishes as customer. All the staff are kind, attentive , friendly, warm and welcoming. I can rate the salon as a five star. The ambience inside the salon feels like the London salon.

Today I went to the Look Barnsley salon and I had a treatment with keratin done by Doina. Im very pleased by the professionalism she works with and my hair now is so silky and shiny! I recommend her with confidence!!!❤️

The salon and staff are excellent, very knowledgeable and chatted about my hair. I loved my cut but I didn't like the style my hair was put in, just dried and no style made to my hair. I found it expensive too as all I wanted was the cur and not the washing and drying, but I have to choose the first customer package, but I did appreciate the cost because I was there 2 hours. Next time I will see how much a simple cut is. Thank you Michelle 😊
