Hair and Staff are great however your defective chairs are a problem. They cause pain to lower back and buttocks. As a customer it may deter me from wanting to come there knowing im going to have a painful experience. Visiting a salon I need comfort at least and it should be a pleasurable experience. The chairs are hurting your Customers. Thanks

I had a nice experience at Platinum hair . Staff were friendly and Fazlin explained everything very well with honest advice re my hair and what could be done and what could not be done . Overall great experience. Very happy with the results . It came out nicer than we expected

I highly recommend this salon to everyone. Such and incredible up beat and welcoming group of stylists and staff members. . Not only am I super satisfied with the amazing job they did on my hair, but their professional attitude and their kindness and genuine care to give you the best result possible, is what will make me go back to Sheek Tokai every time! No other salon has ever shown me such amazing after care. I called them up with a small little issue I had and they helped me with it straight away. They make you feel comfortable and like you’re in great hands.
