Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. She is also very knowledgeable and gave some great advice on going forward with my waxing journey. Will definitely be ditching the razors and returning. Thanks so much :) xx

Always a lovely experience getting treatments from Emily. I use Emily for nails, waxing, tinting, massages and so much more. I couldn’t go anywhere else now and I couldn’t recommend enough either.

Hands down have to commend Lisa for what she does.She’s remarkable at relaxing & channeling her clients.I had my first Reiki massage & this involved crystals being placed all over me. To begin with, I was very wary of the whole process.I never did something like this before so I was all very new to it.I didn’t know what to expect I had to do some research beforehand however, half way through I was flourished and by time I felt the surface & wave connect, she went around every body part erasing the negative energy.I worked on inner focus, breathing & circulation (regulate recharge).10/10 wow✨🪐🔮

As always a 5 star experience. Had a fantastic derma plane with hydraulic acid tightening and firm face mask. Natalie talked me through this and what I would like to achieve with my skin. I had my hair cut by Jess who is my new favourite hairdresser. She helped me decide what I wanted and how it would compliment my face, was very gentle, and lovely to talk to. I always have exceptional service every time I come. The lady at reception is always really polite. I had lost my loyalty card and she has given me a new one stamped with the previous visits on it which no business has to do as it was my own fault for loosing the card in the first place so thank you so much! First visit such a loverly little salon with very pleasant young ladies had a faceial massage felt destresed and relaxed

As always, an absolutely amazing experience with Emily! She knows exactly how to work out the tension in my neck and shoulders which are always my problem areas. The music, the aroma and the heated oil was bliss. At one point, I actually forgot where I was, I was so relaxed 🤍 after my massage, I had the brow lamination and lash lift. Emily has always been my go to for brows and they always last between appointments. They look so healthy and shape my face perfectly. Love my lashes too, natural and fluffy! Even better when I put mascara on the next day. Can’t recommend enough- Thank you 🤍🤍
