I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. 10/10 Charnel is so patient, friendly and works to perfection! I've been for waxes in various other places and felt like waxing wasn't for me (boarderline traumatised). At seasonal glow it's a totally different experience. In all honesty I sometimes forget I'm having a wax. My bikini line is so much lighter now that I don't have to resort to shaving.
