All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. She has such a great skill in terms of the eyelash extension, I've moved so many salon for many years and now I've finally found the nicest and profesional salon - which is Hellen Brando Beauty shop. She is very kind and explained about the eyelash style and more information. She is very good listener, try to understand what is best for each customers. I am highly recommended to visit this salon :)
