First time visiting this venue for a Hollywood Wax. Definitely will be going back, practitioner was so efficient & experienced there was essentially 0 pain. It was over and done with before I had any time to think about it. Definitely recommend for a reliable waxing.

My facial with Anna was absolutely wonderful! A week before my wedding and I've had a terrible facial breakout following some waxing I had done elsewhere. I turned up feeling extremely upset and anxious. Anna was incredible. She was so reassuring, advised me on what to use to calm the flare up and then gave me the most relaxing and soothing facial. When I walked out of her room I felt so much better and my skin was already much less angry and red. Thank you so much Anna. I'm SO grateful. You're amazing! xx

I have been visiting this salon for over 10 years. It’s the only place I trust with waxing and other beauty treatments. Kamini, was such a star, she catered to me and my baby, and I am extremely grateful. Also big thanks to the receptionist she, as always, helpful and attentive. I booked 2 service with maa beauty which is located in mile end. I booked full body waxing+ back cleansing treatments , I booked first time but experience was exceptional, really love this place , Kajal was very professional and well manner, I love this place, waxing was painless, back cleansing with using good products, it was so refreshing and relaxing, beauty salon was fantastic, neat and clean, price worth it , great service , maintain hygiene. I went for a underarm wax, pedicure and pregnancy massage with Carly and she made the experience so wonderful, the best 1 hour 45 minutes a pregnant mama needed! The atmosphere of the spa was so calming and the treatments were beyond expectations. I've been to Aura Organics Spa Hackney Wick a few times now and got to know some of the key faces there, and Carly has always been so kind and welcoming. I'm due to give birth soon, but I can't wait to go back for a post birth treatment! Thank you Carly, hopefully see you again soon!

It was absolutely amazing, I was really scared because I hadn’t got waxed let alone Hollywood waxing in a very long time but it wasn’t that bad at all, the person who gave me a wax was so nice to me and assured me it would be fine, she let me hold her arm as well. It wasn’t that painful and I think that’s because she did it so well. Made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate that.
