Clare is always such a delight to see! She always goes above and beyond and makes me feel so uncomfortable and listened to with my skin problems. She has so much knowledge on the science behind skin, and her knowledge on skin products is astounding, always carefully choosing which products are right for me. Along with this, if I have had a query and needed to ring up the salon the girls are always so helpful and friendly, especially Niamh. Oh Zarah what an absolute babe you are! I’m obsessed with my lashes every time and retention is always on point 😍 I trust Zarah with basically every hair on my body and she never disappoints!!!! My mum absolutely loved her acrylic full set! She was so pleased with how gentle Saja was with her hands as she has nerve damage in her hands and usually when getting her nails done it can be a painful experience but with Saja it was such a joyful experience! She’s now finally so excited to go on her holiday and loved how open Saja was to be able to chat to. Thank you for being your wonderful self with my mum! She is adamant she’s only returning to have her nails done with you!! Xx

Being from South Africa, I desperately needed to find a good waxing clinic. Yana was absolutely professional and thorough with my wax. Usually, after a wax, I still have lots of stray hairs that are missed but Yana really got them all. The space is beautiful and clean as well. I highly recommend this place- you won’t regret it at all.

i book the 1 hour full massage and the manicure and pedicure for my mom. My mom enjoyed herself throughout, she had no complaints. She stated that the masseuse was really good at her job to a point she thought the woman was using a machine. I appreciate the staff that made my mom feel comfortable

Had my laser hair removal patch test with Emma. She carefully explained the process including the benefits and the risks. And took her time to assess how best to deliver the treatment in my sessions after the patch test has been ok. So looking forward to getting the sessions underway now!

Zarah was professional & clearly experienced. She explained the process & made sure I was comfortable throughout. The waxing itself was quick, so this definitely minimised pain. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the beauty room. Everything was sanitised & the use of disposable tools made me feel very safe🫶🏻
