I recently had the most incredible facial with Lydia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance was perfect—soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, serene space that instantly relaxed me. Lydia took the time to assess my skin and tailored the facial to my needs, my skin is now glowing!! I’ll absolutely be back to try out all your other treatments! I really enjoyed my experience. Massive shout out to Reece and Tallulah. I think the experience could be elevated by providing shower gel in the shower and towels plus maybe bags for your wet swimming gear. Would definitely come back feel so chilled.

Such a lovely first experience, i was shown around the different rooms they have and had a tester on their pulsating chairs which is in the wellbeing room if i remembered that right before being called in for my appointment. Julie was so informative considering this was my first time having a brow wax, she even went as far to give me an education on what happens to your brows in winter vs summer and even knew which side i sleep on at night which shows you how much she knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend and will be returning back again. Thank you

Kate was professional friendly and informative. I was made to feel at ease for appointment. My treatment was explained thoroughly and Kate answered all my questions perfectly. The salon is clean and looks amazing. Staff are friendly I would highly recommend kalm salon to my friends and I look forward to coming back for more treatments soon.

I had a back massage and Lydia’s Indian head spa and like always I slept so well after Lydia’s treatment and my skin and hair felt amazing the next day after sleeping with the hair mask, I love that you go to sleep relaxed and fully pampered, skin prepped and everything!
