Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. I recently decided to try laser hair removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to my sessions, the entire experience has been fantastic. The process was explained to me in detail, which helped me feel comfortable and well-informed. The technician was professional, friendly, and made sure I was relaxed throughout the procedure. The treatment itself was much less painful than I anticipated—just a slight tingling sensation, but nothing unbearable. I cannot wait to get back and see the results after a few more sessions! ❤️

Always look forward to my appointments with Katie, everything form eyebrow waxing/tinting to Gel nails. Katie has so many lovely colours to choose from 😊

Really relaxing atmosphere and lovely warm foot bath so relaxing. Lots of choice of gel colours. Timi was very professional and friendly. I loved the pedicure and the colour of my nails.

I have visited the Ruby rooms for over 2 years now Kelly does my nails and the other Kelly does massage amd facial waxing etc for me but all the staff are excellent profession and very caring I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you ladies at the Ruby rooms - Margaret Anne
