I had an amazing colour consultation with Arch. He was very attentive in giving me best options to keep my hair not only beautiful, but also healthy. There was no rushing, we even went over the time. And the receptionist was very friendly too.

My hair was in desperate need of a trim. I'm happy with the haircut and blowdry. The salon was nice and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. I neglect regular hair cuts, but as this is a convenient location I'll definitely be returning. Pedro was very personable.

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Douglas. Professional and clean. In my opinion it is the best hair cut I’ve had in years! I’m sure I can speak for many people but It’s so difficult trying to find ‘your barber’ but after this experience I can tell you that I’ve found mine with Douglas. The quality in his work and the attention to detail was something he was passionate about delivering! Incredible guy and incredible haircut

Luisa was really helpful in the hair consultation and acknowledged that what I needed for my hair and treatment. I laid down my concerns with my hair and she answered in the best way possible. Cannot wait for my next appt on 2nd July 2024.

I had a consultation, haircut, dye, and treatment with Vanessa. Firstly, Hayato was very accommodating to my requests and questions on email before my visit. During my consultation, Vanessa gave very helpful advice and made superb suggestions, taking my final hairstyle up to a whole new level. The entire dyeing, washing and treatment process was seamless and enjoyable. Another assistant helped to dye and dry my hair, which meant that the process was efficient. The treatment left my hair feeling so soft and rejuvenated in a way that it had never been before. All the staff were friendly+amazing.

The shampoo was done by a younger guy that I didn’t catch a name but his techniques were great. Hiroki-san was really thorough with the consultation and gave me lots of advice on what I can/cannot do to my hair. The overall finish is great and I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!
