I found my experience at Hayato London very positive. My stylist (Hironao) took the time to listen carefully during the consultation and recommended a hairstyle that worked perfectly for my hair. Every step was handled with great care and professionalism, from the relaxing shampoo and massages to the precise layering cut and final styling. I'm very happy with the result.

Walked in totally unsure — no fringe, no clear idea of what colour I wanted — and walked out absolutely loving my hair (as always)! Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!

I visited Hayato on January 27th for a haircut, shampoo, and a consultation about perm options. The experience was absolutely fantastic 😍 ☺️ Airi, my stylist, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient. She carefully listened to my concerns and needs, offering sincere and professional advice. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire process. Also, the tea and little treats provided were a lovely and thoughtful touch 🙌 wikl definitely come for perming and treatment

Omg I am never getting my hair done anywhere else again, salons usually give me anxiety but as soon as I met Carla and stepped in to her salon I felt so relaxed, she made me a beautiful hot chocolate while we did my consultation, and watched some comedy on her laptop while we chatted and she did my hair, I am so so happy with the results I have had so many compliments on my new hair. After having a baby if felt so bad about the way I looked but you really gave me my confidence back I can’t thank you enough, see you in a few months xx

I had my first amazing experience with at Jani London today, from the moment I walked through the door, from the moment I left I felt truly spoiled. My stylist went above and beyond to make sure she has my special flavoured tea on-site for my arrival. My hair was amazingly cut and looked super cute!
