It was great! I had an Oxy facial and an Indian head massage. Erica was very nice and knowledgeable, and I like that she takes effort to get to know your skin as well as other factors that could be influencing your skin. My skin feels like new, and the head massage was very nice and relaxing and helped with annoying headaches I had on and off all week. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I had an amazing experience with Lindsey at Neo Elegance Skin Clinic yesterday. I had the NEW HydroCLEANSE treatment and it was very relaxing. Lindsey was fantastic, she explained me the treatment as she went along and showed how knowledgeable and passionate she is about skincare. My skin is very dry and I knew I had to change the skincare. I want to share my experience for beauty clinic for hydra facial and peel .my skin was so dead after hydra facial now my skin is glowing .the lady she did that she was very nice very informative very polite with customers. .everyone should try once time. Thanks

Myself and my daughter had a facial as I received a gift voucher for Christmas. It was a lovely experience for a first time. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Place was clean and smelt nice. Products left skin looking and feeling amazing. My only disappointments were my daughter was left with a bruise on her chin from the black head suction machine. During my head scalp massage the lady kept using one hand every now and then as she was on her phone with the other. This then took away from the experience.

I love visiting this clinic—it’s has become my go-to for skincare and relaxation. Fiz provided an amazing bespoke facial and Indian head massage today, delivering exceptional customer service. She is highly knowledgeable, explains her recommendations thoroughly, and creates a relaxing yet professional experience. The treatment was both effective and rejuvenating.
