Laura is amazing!, she was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and explained the who process to me. You can tell she loves her job. I had some very, very bad dark eyebrow makeup tattoos that didn't complement my skin tone.. I was so surprised the first session have lightened them so much and already has boosted my confidence. The laser machine is amazing what it can do. I'm looking forward to my next session in 6 weeks. Thankyou so much Laura 🥰

Great service, I will definitely be back. Roxan was so kind and really made an effort to do a treatment that would benefit my skin's needs. She also talked me through the treatment and sent me a detailed description of my skin and how I need to look after it, which I really appreciate. I also had a massage and, again, it was tailored to what I needed and I already feel the benefits. Great treatment, I can't recommend highly enough.

Rox knows what she is doing! I usually won't have a facial as I am nervous that chemicals and changing my (just water) routine would upset my skin, but Rox was able to look at myself skin and know exactly what I needed. I'm glad I trusted the process. My skin hasn't looked or felt this good since before I was a teenager. My pores are smaller, it's smoother, even and I just look healthier and younger. She also recommended a simple upkeep process I can do at home. 🥰 Thank you Rox you are brilliant at what you do. Magical.

Had a Caci Advanced non surgical facial and toning treatment today with Emma I was pretty sure it wouldn't be for me but thought I would try it once,I will be having that one again after only one treatment I could see a difference skin looked bright and was so soft if your not sure just give it a try.

I am so happy to have found such a gentle laser for the removal of my old brow pigment, it felt like a sharp pinch but was nowhere near the discomfort I had imagined. The end goal is to lighten the old pigment enough to be recovered without compromising my skin and I am confident this will be achieved in roughly 3 sessions. These girls are so knowledgeable in what they do, and their laser clinic is beautiful and clean, they make you feel so relaxed and at ease. Will recommend to anyone who needs laser removal for their brows 💛

The consultation with Ceri was great. She was so informative and made sure I was aware of everything regarding what to do pre treatment, what would happen during the treatment and the after-care. Laura and Ceri are fantastic I’ve been having carbon laser and ipl for a stubborn thicken skin scar on my right temple which over several treatments has dramatically reduced and now barely noticeable and not sore. I will definitely be booking to have some of their other beauty treatments.

Always a lovely relaxing experience . I have a lash lift and I am always pleased with the results .

Dawn was a delight. Very patient with me. Took care that I was comfortable throughout the session. Her massage technique and pressure was perfect. Dawn treated my poor feet to a lovely pedicure, soothing plus trimmed toe nails that were then finished with very pretty polish. Final treatment was a special facial suited to my age and skin. Perfect. All in all I am more than happy to recommend Lotus Spa in Abbotskerswell for Spa treatments with very fair prices.
