Had a couple of new treatments with Emily recently and she always takes the time to explain the procedure and aftercare. She gives recommendations on add on treatments and helpful advice on products to help maintain your skin at home. Emily knows her stuff and it shows in the results you get! I've never had anything less than a great experience at Profile + and wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin.

Best aesthetics practitioner I have ever been too. Emily had a very thorough consultation with me, told me everything I needed to know and listened to what I wanted. She gave me the lips ive always wanted and I couldn't be more greatful. Before I knew about Profile Plus, I had been elsewhere before and had my fair share of bad experiences, which gave me a bit of anxiety about getting my lips done again. I booked for an eyebrow shaping which was done by Shelby. She was so lovely, really sweet and checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and liked the shaping.
