The lady who attended to me was really nice and welcoming. Made me feel really comfortable about my skin which I haven’t been for months and took the time to explain what could be going on with my skin and the treatment plan available for me. She had a look at my skin care products and also advised me on products to use and those not to use as it may worsen my skin problems. Can’t wait to start treatment ASAP.

An excellent experience. Lola makes you feel comfortable, is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She talked me through every aspect of the bespoke acne treatment, adapting it for my needs. She also looked deeper into the cause of the problem to support prevention etc. 100% recommend and I will be returning for further support with my hyperpigmentation and acne

So happy with the results and Alex was incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable.

I can honestly say Alex is an amazing therapist. I struggle with my back due to playing rugby and she always makes me feel brand new after the full body massage. She’s very friendly and professional. Thank you, I will be back soon!
