Such a relaxing, soothing facial, Karen was incredibly thoughtful in what she used on my problematic skin. I left feeling incredibly cared for. The products are just divine and also so well priced.I bought some great things to use on my face at home and for the first time in months my skin feels calm, I rebooked for a months time and I can’t wait to return. Both Karen and her colleague working yesterday were charming, well informed and just all round lovely!!!!

Ayshia was bubbly and made me feel at relaxed. I have only had one hyperpigmentation peel so far but I can tell she is very experienced and knows a lot about working with Asian and darker skin and my friend had a green peel with her which was good so hopefully this peel works well for me! Totally recommend her she’s lovely

My first experience of the deep cleanse facial was more than I expected. Never had my face cleaned as thoroughly as Clara’s. She uses the latest machine to deep clean your skin. This I’ve never had before and my skin looked much fresher afterwards. It was a very relaxing facial. Ideal at the end of the working day.

Dr Katherine is the very best! She always listens to what I am looking to achieve and always gives very genuine recommendations. She is also very caring and takes time with her treatments! It’s so great to be able to get a variety of treatments done in one place! Bianca was great as usual, today we did a facial, wispy volume lashes and an IV drip. Bianca’s expertise and thorough explanation of the ingredients in the IV drip, made me feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge, and I will be definitely repeating this service as collagen, vitamin c, and iron is key for great skin and energy! I came for a free consultation to ask Gina’s advice on hair colour. Although, it was for free, I was impressed how much attention she gave to me, listened with a lot of care, and shared very valuable information. She also was very honest, and specified her strength and specialization, and even recommended me a few other hair stylists to double-check and take second opinion into account. That attitude is extremely kind, and rare.

On the 11/01/24 was the first time I attended Fresh Skin Co. with the amazing Serlin!! First things first I would give 10/10 stars to Selin if I could! I was made to feel so welcome the studio was warm, very modern, smelt amazing and was very clean. Serlin is extremely organised, empathetic and very knowledgable.
