I would like to give a huge thank you to Sharon for my laser skin resurfacing treatment! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Had the most amazing full body massage and scrub this afternoon with the brilliant Michelle. Far better than all of these BIG name spas. Michelle could definitely teach them a thing or two !! I felt so relaxed and tingly …. my skin feels sooooo smooth and moisturised . Absolutely fabulous!! Looking forward to my next visit . Thank you Michelle 💕

Had my usual appointment with Rosie, another great job on my nails & toes. Historically I have visited various salons in both Sunderland & Newcastle & have to say the experience I have had since coming to Dolled Up has been by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly & relaxed & all staff make you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this salon, their range of treatments & pricing is very competitive.

First time at the salon so very nervous - I went full restyle -colour/cut short. But I had nothing to worry about, was made to feel at home and Gwen worked her magic. Really rare when you only have one hairdresser working on your hair from consultation to finish these days, honestly fabulous. I’ve booked in for my pre Christmas visit already! Thank you Gwen, I love my hair, can’t wait to see what you do next time.

From start to finish, Emma was friendly and knowledgeable about the microdermabrasion treatment I was getting. It was my first one and she explained the process in detail and how it would benefit my skin. Throughout the treatment I was made to feel at ease and it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend both the treatment and Emma. 5 stars!

The most relaxing time. Emily made me feel so welcome and the shoulder massage in my Deluxe Dermaplane was actually to die for. My skin felt silky smooth, far smoother than when I try to dermaplane myself. My hybrid brows looked amazing too and made getting ready so much easier on a morning. Amazing service!
