I am in awe of how talented Elzbieta is! She made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable as always with her lovely welcoming attitude. I had some areas that needed special products which she sourced especially for me and my needs! I even decided to add an additional treatment as I arrived which she sorted for me straight away and then we discussed a price that would work for my buget. And the treatment has worked so well and I am over the moon with my results, Elz has me looking and feeling like a supermodel as she does every time! First time at the salon so very nervous - I went full restyle -colour/cut short. But I had nothing to worry about, was made to feel at home and Gwen worked her magic. Really rare when you only have one hairdresser working on your hair from consultation to finish these days, honestly fabulous. I’ve booked in for my pre Christmas visit already! Thank you Gwen, I love my hair, can’t wait to see what you do next time.
