This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Visited Elise for microneedling; was nervous but pleasantly surprised by the painless experience. She's exceptional at tailoring treatments to your needs without upselling unnecessary products. Elise's honest assessments ensure you receive only what's best for your skin. Her skincare recommendations are spot-on, often offering more effective (and sometimes cheaper!) options. Today I had skin pen with Dr Wells and she couldn't have made it any better. It was painless during the procedure and she talked me through all of it and the aftercare. Very professional and I would definitely recommend. Also extremely close to Tottenham Court Road Station so a very easy journey too.
