This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Today I had skin pen with Dr Wells and she couldn't have made it any better. It was painless during the procedure and she talked me through all of it and the aftercare. I had a PRP (aka Vampire) it’s not my first and the results are truly amazing. I have a receding hairline that was treated twice before lockdown. Now the areas that were treated have hair about an inch long ... and it’s brunette and not my usual grey! Plus it’s great for the face. Don’t be scared of the injections - they take a little blood but it’s completely painless (so much better than my experiences with the nurse at my GP) there is never a bruise. Then you lay down in a beautiful relaxing room, you are slathered with numbing cream, the plasma applied and then a shoulder massage! Fab!
