I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

Just had an amazing Medi-Heel and Peel treatment, and I can't recommend it enough! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and left my feet feeling so soft and rejuvenated. The treatment effortlessly removed all the rough, dry skin, and my heels have never looked better. It’s like a complete transformation! The therapist was professional and attentive, ensuring every step was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back for another session!

Lindsey is such a great therapist. She makes you feel so comfortable and the conversation flows with ease. Waxing appointments are 'chores' but Lindsey makes them as pleasant as possible!

Had lip & chin, Hollywood and underarm wax done. Genevieve was absolutely amazing, making sure that I was happy with the wax temperature and comfortable on the whole. She is also a perfectionist (every hair must go!)...a great attribute for someone in beauty therapy. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
