Great for first-timers! I was completely clueless but above all it was important to me to work with a stylist who cared about the health of my hair. Booking an appointment was super easy, and Jay was warm and friendly from the very start. She’s also extremely knowledgeable; I learned so much about my hair and the process. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I knew how to style my hair on my own. She did a fantastic job! Highly recommend her and I will be back 😊

I got a keratin treatment, the customer service was top class. They had snacks available when I got peckish. The process was gentle. I got a full service and so far I’m very pleased with the results. It was worth it. I now have the best hairstyle I’ve ever had.
