I booked with Naomi after a friend recommended her services and I could not be any happier with my lips. Naomi was really attentive and kept in my mind the results i wanted to achieve. She listened to my requests and explained the process in great detail. During my appointment, Naomi made me feel at ease and was so friendly, I felt very comfortable and reassured throughout. Today I had around 0.7ml of magic shoved in my lips…. Lauren is so delicate and reassuring always checking I was ok and happy and comfortable. I came in for a spray tan and cut/blow dry. Had a really lovely experience, all members of staff were really welcoming and accommodating. I really enjoyed my tan with Mia who made the experience really enjoyable and Lucie was great with all of her advice hair wise. So much so after my appointment was done I booked for another appointment for some caramel highlights! Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Xx

Incredible service I couldn’t recommend Nicole enough as a serious nail biter before I started getting my nails done I would constantly hide my hands but now I leave the salon with the most beautiful set of nails every time. I have been coming to Nicole for nearly two years now and she honestly never disappoints me! I wouldn’t dream of going to another nail tech because she is an absolute angel definitely one of the best in the nail industry🫶🏽xx

Well I don't know what to say, I have wanted lip enhancements for years but always been very nervous about going ahead. I have personal reasons for wanting it doing and wish I hadn't waited so long. I could have been living my life alot sooner if I had visited refined aesthetics. As soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and informed of the first stage of the process. All way through I was kept updated and talked through each stage, encouraged at every point and never doubted anything. I will definitely be returning which I won't worry about next time 🥰
