I had such a lovely experience at BOA Somerset West! I went in to get my nails and feet done, and from start to finish, the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and in such good spirits – it really made the visit extra enjoyable. My nails and feet look absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be going back every month – highly recommend!

Lungi did a good job, my nails look neat. Thankful for the cushion on the chair at the workstation, to support one's back. Friendly assistance from all who work there. A nice addition would be something to drink (coffee/tea/cold water).

Due to what I can expect being short staffed, the manager assisted me with a gel soak off and she was very carefull and very professional in her assistance. Checking to make sure she doesn't hurt me or damage my nails.

The Nail Room is a Professional, extremely well run salon. It is spotless and you can enjoy your treatment in a peaceful environment. My nails after five weeks of intense work in Europe are a testament to the product and knowledgeable application. Excellent service and very well done.
