All staff are lovely. I always enjoy my visits to get a manicure and gel polish with Jess we always find obscure subjects to chat about. Can't recommend Bay Beauty enough. My nails always look perfect and last for weeks. Bx

I sent a design to Yaz a few weeks before my appointment to see if she was able to do it. She has absolutely nailed it! So happy with my nails :)

Rachel was very professional. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable getting my treatments done. My nails turned out beautiful and I'm ready for summer after waking, thanks again!

Such a lovely person and easy to chat to! Went over and beyond to help accommodate me. Has a wide variety of colours to choose from so don’t worry if you think it’s a colour not generally seen for nails. Bright is beautiful I always think. Looking forward to coming back for more!

My granddaughter had her fingers and toenails painted with normal nail polish. They're lovely and she's very happy with her little pamper.

Needed a repair on 1 of my nails. Kim managed to squeeze me in between appointments. Very grateful for this. X
