I had a wonderful experience at Skin Cave Beauty, where Kayla's exceptional skills left my face looking and feeling amazing. However, my experience was tainted by a loud phone conversation in the common area, which disrupted the serene ambiance. Despite the initial impression of a tranquil environment, the persistent noise was a significant distraction. Additionally, I requested a before-and-after picture, which Kayla agreed to provide but ultimately did not. This oversight and the noise somewhat detracted from an otherwise excellent service.

Nurse Kim was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. She made me feel very comfortable during my PRP Microneedling experience and was able to answer all my questions with ease. The experience was extremely easy going and I would definitely recommend going to her for your aesthetic needs.

Great facial by Kayla, who recommended the Jan Special package at $159. Included dermabrasion, 2 types of masks, blackhead extraction. She was excellent, firm but gentle touch. I was not impressed with the owner who demanded a $4.50 charge for use of debit or credit card. It was a petty charge on $159 service, so you are paying for her merchant's fee. Not a good business practice, I felt taken advantage of...if she prefers cash, it should be advertised on the website.
