I recently had a laser hair removal treatment, and the experience was great from start to finish. I was welcomed with a drink which immediately put me at ease. Chantè took the time to explain the entire process in detail, making sure I understood how the laser would work, the expected results, and the aftercare required. The treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable, with only a mild sensation during the laser application. Chantè checked in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to continue my laser hair removal journey would definitely recommend!!

I’ve been to Dr Knowles many times for various different treatments and I will always go back to her every time. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and is always doing new courses to increase her skills and bring new treatments to the clinic. I’ve been to other clinics around the country and there’s no real comparison to someone being a medical doctor and the level of understanding they have of each product.
