Ian is so professional and customer focused that it was a real pleasure to spend the time at his clinic. Ian gave me a bespoke facial based on my skin’s need rather than a preset facial menu. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service. My husband never notices when I’ve had a treatment when I’ve had it done elsewhere, but tonight he asked what I’d done because my skin looked fresher, brighter and more taut than it has for a long time. I’m impressed!

Ian is absolutely amazing. He really knows his stuff and gets the results that will have you looking a million dollars, and he is also one of the loveliest people you will ever meet. He is good for the body and the soul. You not only look younger you feel lighter, like you have just seen a therapist or best friend when you leave his lovely company. Highly recommend

I have known Amy since Jill Zander owned the clinic and I cannot recommend her more highly, she is a true super star, she will get you looking 10 years younger and feeling fantastic. I had a wonderful and much needed Hydrafacial with Amy yesterday which was associated with a lovely shoulders, arms and hands massage while relaxing under the red light…and what a treat that was! I felt so relaxed and pumped and my skin has never looked so clean afterwards! Amy is highly knowledgeable and professional and the passion for her job transpires through the extensive choice of treatments she can offer to meet every skin needs and her “gold hands”. I can’t wait to be back in Esher, which is only a few train stops away from London, making it a convenient location for a little escape!
