Went to see Sarah for a sports massage on a pulled muscle. She worked her magic on it, and gave me stretches to do at home. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone who has an injury.

This is a review for Sarah (SJ Muscle Recovery Sports Massage). I can honestly say this was one of the best sports massages Ive ever had- and I’ve had a lot! I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly applies that knowledge to her massages. The level of detail was fantastic and the assisted stretching was such a great addition to the massage. I felt so much better afterwards. If you feel like you need a sports massage, don’t hesitate to book Sarah!

Even though I didn’t get treatment would still recommend I was going to get the lemon bottle injections and after she took a look at me she advised I see a doctor first I really appreciate honesty Instead my daughter had my appointment and got the lemon bottle fat dissolving She said she could hardly feel it and it takes no time at all

I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa at Elements Day Spa. I also added the head, shoulder and facial massage into my booking for £15 which was definitely worth doing. It was so relaxing and I did find myself nodding off every so often 🤣 the salon was lovely, staff were fab and the spa room was so relaxing with spa music playing throughout my treatment. Thank you so much, I will 100% be back and have recommended you to all my friends already!! X

The place is very clean lovely building staff all friendly…I had a deep tissue massage on my shoulder by Sarah…very experienced knew what she was doing and very comforting after I had heart attack last week so carefully check my wellbeing and guidelines to do this well done and thank you after one session I feel bran new and will be booking back in next week for more treatment new name wizard fingers I’ve nicknamed her … thanks once again ….Karl …🫶
