Amazing! Natalie make me feel welcome, provides outstanding treatments. My experience is always above and beyond I do love a good pamper. Definatly recommend to anyone Natalie is very friendly and make you feel comfortable and always listened to what you want and delivers.

Natalie was welcoming and warm and professional. I had an appointment for make up, and given I am 31 weeks pregnant, Natalie was accommodating for me, offering time to move around, as well as alternative seating so that I could remain comfortable. Natalie talked me through her process, and was happy to take on board my requests, as well as offering advice.

The best makeup I've ever had and it stayed flawless ALL day! ! Loved the look and Hollie was really good at asking what shades/tones I'd prefer and if there was anything I wanted adding or changing throughout the appointment. You dont get many MUAs that do that whilst taking their time and making sure you feel special and important. I'll definitely be booking in with Hollie again no doubt!
