Vilma-the owner of Black Swan besides being very kind and welcoming is professional and knowledgeable. She works on top quality cosmetics and has some high class equipment that other beauty places in Sussex don't. Once I came with a migraine, Vilma applied a special massage on my neck and head and I left painless. TY❤️

Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

Aga gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage. It was relaxing but very thorough and good deep pressure. I went to the chiropractor afterwards and they were very pleased as the massage meant they could adjust me correctly. Many thanks Aga for your magical work! Suzy

Honestly couldn't give anything less than a 5star. Rachel is fanatic. Accommodates all.my massage needs especially osteoarthritis and helping my muscles recover and help to drain any excess fluids. I'm an active gym going to this helps me recover too. I've been using Rachel for well ove a year now eith a monthly visit. Highly recommended to anyone

Amazing massage. Really nice inside the salon, I loved the calm neutral warm decor and uncluttered, cosy warm massage room. I would have liked a nicer greeting when I arrived because the girl doing a nails appointment was half hearted about it., although I appreciate she was busy and concentrating. The lady that did my massage was very welcoming however.

I was a little apprehensive about seeing Anna for a fully muscle massage, but the experience was fully professional and outstanding. I will be going back again. Thanks Anna
