Great therapy from Rosie today I had a 90 minute massage to help with sleep disruption and I was well gone! Rosie's therapy wasn't a pamper and was quite deep which is perfect. Next time I will ask for my head/face not to be done, by the time I had my back done (last) I was zzz..... Thanks Rosie, if you're offering any discounts that help with my self-allocated company indulgence budget i will book again soon. All the best!

Had the head in the clouds massage with jade and it was the best massage I’ve had. She first asked me what pressure I would like which I thought was lovely as not many people do and then massaged my scalp, face and neck/shoulders. Brilliant pamper for yourself will definitely book again!

Kenley is amazing! I had a menopause massage and felt awesome afterwards. Kenley's friendly and attentive manner is great and she really understands what's needed. She's great with signposting other wellbeing techniques which may help too. I will definately keep retuning as it's the best massage I've ever had . Next one already booked. Another fabulous bespoke massage by head therapist Joanna. I booked aromatherapy massage to which Joanna added hot stones, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and loosened my calf muscles. I’m absolutely delighted with the excellent service given by all at Sanctuary Rituals

First visit and I’m already planning my next treat. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the private treatment rooms calm and relaxing. The choice of services available, many of which I have not seen anywhere else, is very good and the prices are reasonable. I had the Hopi Ear Relieve and Revive which Included an amazing Indian head massage.

Really enjoyed the Indian Head Massage course. Amanda was fantastic and explained everything fully. The course was 1:1 so i had Amandas undivided attention throughout. Would definitely do more training here and will certainly recommend to others.
